Domain registration is not included in the standard website development package unless specifically stated in the quotation or proposal. Clients may use their own hosting provider or opt for Stailvr-managed hosting services at an additional cost.

Stailvr provides 1 month of complimentary technical support post-launch for resolving functional or performance-related issues. Additionally, 3 months of major and minor bug fixes are included. Security updates, version upgrades, and third-party integration fixes are not included and will be billed separately.

SSL certificates are not included. Setup, installation, and renewal are chargeable separately. Stailvr supports SSL setup for both Stailvr-hosted and third-party servers.

Server migration or advanced setup will incur charges between ₹25,000 to ₹1,00,000, depending on application complexity and environment type.

Clients receive a license to use the final deployed website after full payment. Source code is not provided to the client under any circumstances, unless explicitly agreed to in writing under a separate Source Code Purchase Agreement. All proprietary code, frameworks, modules, scripts, and tools used in development remain the exclusive intellectual property of Stailvr. Clients are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the final deployed product solely for their business operations. Any unauthorised modification, duplication, or redistribution of Stailvr's codebase is strictly prohibited.

Basic security is ensured during deployment. Advanced features like SSL renewal, malware protection, and firewall setup are paid services. Stailvr is not liable for downtime, data loss, or security breaches caused by third-party providers or client mismanagement.

Payments are non-refundable once development begins.

Timelines depend on prompt client feedback and content delivery. Delays from the client's side may extend project completion dates.

Additional features, design changes, or new pages requested after project approval will be treated as extra work and quoted separately.

If cancelled before the project starts, 25% of the total cost will be retained as an administrative fee. After design approval or partial development, the advance payment is non-refundable.

Stailvr ensures full confidentiality of client data and assets. No client data is shared with third parties without written consent.

This agreement is governed by the laws of New Delhi, India. Any disputes are subject to New Delhi jurisdiction and Indian arbitration law.

By proceeding with Stailvr's services, the client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms outlined in this document.
